Required Courses
Your curriculum will vary depending on whether you select a Bachelor of Arts or Bachelor of Science. All students take an introductory course in computer science followed by a series of classes that explore concentrations within the discipline.
Information Science and Technology BA
Learning happens through classroom instruction, laboratory and fieldwork, and research opportunities. A sample of the courses you might take include
- Introduction to Academics in Computer Science;
- Architecture, Operating Systems and Networking; and
- laboratory science courses such as General Biology and General Chemistry.
Information Science and Technology BS
