Institutional Effectiveness Certificate

With the Institutional Effectiveness Certificate from Temple University’s College of Education and Human Development, you will learn how to use predictive analytics to lead post-secondary institutions into the future.
The Institutional Effectiveness Certificate can also serve as a pathway to the MEd in Higher Education.
Curriculum
You must complete 12 credit hours (four courses) in order to earn this certificate. Topics covered in the curriculum include
- organizational assessment, design and strategy;
- research methods; and
- statistics.

Delivery Method
All courses are delivered in the classroom on Temple’s Main Campus in Philadelphia. You can enroll part- or full-time and have up to two years to complete the certificate program.
